Shopead operates on a subscription-based model. By subscribing, you agree to recurring billing based on your chosen plan until you cancel.

If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. To avoid being charged, you must cancel before the trial expires.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only provided in cases of accidental duplicate payments or proven technical issues that prevent service usage. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the charge.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Payments for subscription renewals, add-ons, or third-party integrations are non-refundable once processed.
6. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Shopead dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing, but no partial refunds are issued for unused time.
